At Liz Landing Apartments, renters' insurance is required for all leaseholders, with a minimum liability coverage of $300,000.

Up-front costs can vary based on the floor plan that you're moving into, when you're moving in, and whether or not you were approved with an additional deposit. Some costs always remain the same, our application fee is $75.00 per adult, and the base deposit is $262.50 for a one-bedroom, $350.00 for a two-bedroom, and $437.50 for a three-bedroom. We also have pet fees equal to $400.00 (if you have a pet). And rent will be prorated for the day that you move in.
